Coronavirus Update (Updated: November 2nd 2020)
We are taking the spread of Coronavirus extremely seriously and understand this is a very uncertain time for many. Following the recent lockdown announcement by Boris Johnson, many of you may be wondering whether painting services can be carried out. Currently, construction work is considered essential, so painting and decorating services are still permitted to continue, however, the safety of staff and the public must be considered at all times.
Our number one priority remains the wellbeing and safety of our customers. We are following Government advice and our team are adhering to stringent daily actions which include:
Practicing Good Hygiene Etiquette
-
Cleaning our hands with soap often, for at least 20 seconds
-
Using & carrying hand sanitizer
-
Wearing a face mask when around others
-
Keeping a safe distance of 2 metres from others
-
Cleaning frequently touched surfaces
-
Staying home when sick
Keeping Our Customers Safe
-
We offer on-site or remote quotes – it’s your choice.
-
Before entering a customer’s home or property, we will communicate that we’re healthy and ask if our customer is too.
-
Instead of shaking hands we will greet each other verbally without any contact.
-
We will maintain a 2m social distance at all times
-
We will only accept work in vacant properties
-
If at any time customers have questions about our preventative safety and cleaning measures, we’re more than happy to answer them.
